Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • Company(referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Sightonsite Tech Private Limited.

  • Orders means a request by You to purchase services from Us.

  • Service refers to the Application(s).

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your subscription within 7 days. A standard setup and platform cost will be charged and rest will be refunded to the original source. However, if a reporting has been done already the refund amount will be calculated based on the following formula-

Refund amount = Subscription amount paid – Standard setup & Platform cost – (n+1) X cost per report.

N:B: Where “n” means number of reports already generated or started.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the days of the refund request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the order.

Conditions for Refund

The refund request will not be treated as valid if we found, the use or refund request is done via any unfair means. Any unauthorized actions to manipulate the system will also be treated as an unfair means.
We reserve the right to refuse refund that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
